What documents will you require from me to submit my application?


We will require copies of all your identity and travel documents.  We may also require copies of police clearance certificates from your country, as well as medical examination documents.

Am I entitled to health insurance in Canada ?


You are entitled to public health insurance if you are a permanent resident of Canada.  If you are in Canada temporarily as a student, visitor or under a work permit), you will not qualify for public health insurance and may wish to purchase private health insurance.


What happens if I make an inadvertent mistake on my immigration application?


The importance of being truthful with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) cannot be overstated. It is a serious offence to give false or misleading information in an application to CIC. A misrepresentation on your application (whether unintentional or not) may result in a ban forbidding your entry to Canada for up to two years . A misrepresentation (however slight) may also result in the loss of your credibility and the rejection of an application that could have otherwise succeeded.


Am I inadmissible to Canada?


If you have a criminal record, pose a security risk to Canada or have a serious medical condition, you may be inadmissible to Canada.   Please contact us to discuss your admissibility in further detail.
