Citizenship
In order to become a Canadian citizen, you must be a permanent resident of Canada and have lived in Canada for at least three years in the past four years.
You must also
not be subject to a removal order or have been charged or convicted of a
criminal offence.
Our lawyers can advise you on your eligibility for citizenship and can
prepare the application for citizenship for both you and your children,
if applicable.
We can also
advise you on matters relating to resuming and retaining your
citizenship.
