Canada’s Business Immigration Program is designed to attract experienced business people to immigrate to Canada. Canada is looking for experienced business people from around the world who will contribute to Canada’s economic development and help Canada’s economy grow.
If you are interested in coming to Canada as a business immigrant, there
are three categories under which you can apply:
Each category has specific requirements that you must meet in order to be successful. Choosing the right category to apply under is very important because once you’ve made an application under one business category, Canada Citizenship and Immigration will not allow you to change your application.
Our lawyers can
advise you of the most appropriate class for your business immigration
application and prepare your application to show Citizenship and
Immigration Canada how your business experience meets the applicable
criteria.
